      Question: I have downloaded the OceanCom application to my computer. It looks like a very helpful software, unfortunately I canot run the application as Windows returns an error as below

      Solution: Right-click the OceanCom_1.0.exe file. From the context menu, left-click ‘Run as Administrator’. The application window should appear on your screen without Windows displaying any error messages. Thanks.
