      I have bought your AS08 recently. Very easy to get it work in my chart plotter.  However, I cannot show my boat status in image on the configuration tool in Windows 10 computer.  Can you help me please.

        Sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your QK-AS08. Unfortunately, to show the 3D model your computer needs have dedicated graphics card/unit (GPU) . I understand most of laptop have this but for some old PC it has the integrared GPU not dedicated GPU.
        To check this you can go to ‘task manager’—>Performance and see if ‘GPU’ shows on it.
