Description

A mobile phone signal booster is a perfect solution to improve cellular signal reception inside a building, on a boat or in a remote area.

The R042 marine mobile signal booster was designed to provide internet-on-board solution with the latest wireless technology. It works with two antennas: an indoor antenna and an outdoor antenna. The indoor antenna communicates with cellular devices, e.g., mobile phones or tablets. The outdoor antenna communicates with the base station. It receives signals from the base station and sends them through the cable to the R042, where it gets amplified and re-transmitted by the indoor antenna to the cellular devices. When the indoor antenna picks up signals from the nearby cellular devices, the R042 amplifies these signals and transmits them through the cable to the outdoor antenna and to the base station.

The R042 boosts the 3G and 4G internet signals, and 2G phone calls. This voice + 4G + 3G data signal booster is an excellent solution for premises and areas where mobile signal reception is unstable or, for example, internet speed is insufficient due to low signal level. The R042 is a full band mobile signal booster device to amplify 2G, 3G, and 4G cellular signals and it is compatible with most cellular carrier networks in the world. With the latest wireless technology, the R042 is the most effective and reliable booster that customers can use to improve the mobile signal coverage on their boats/yachts. With a proper outdoor high gain antenna, like the AS13(not included), boat owners can have a reliable cellular signal reception up to 15 miles away from the shore.

The R042 features a built-in LCD screen, which displays the signal strengths of the available LTE 800, GSM 900, DSC 1800, WCDMA 2100 and LTE 2600 networks. The R042 doesn’t require a complicated setup, it can be used out of the box after installation.
