    If you are able – please include the following as it will help us resolve your issue much faster!

    * A screenshot of your device CONNECTED to the configuration manager; this will help us determine if any of your configuration data is incorrect and will also allow us to determine which firmware version you are currently running.
    * A 20-30 second video clip of your device’s LED lights from OFF to ON as this may assist in the troubleshooting process.
    * A small diagram of all the equipment connected may assist in solving issues on more complex networks using multiple protocols. (i.e NMEA2000, 0183, SeaTalk etc.)

    Additionally please check the forums to see if your issue has been resolved before.

      instrument QK-A024

      Personal PC Panasonic cf-19

      operative system Windows 10 64 bit

       

      The system in device management does not find the virtual port as indicated in the STmicroelectronics operating manual. Sometimes the QK-A024 tool disconnects and is no longer recognized by the system.

      Is it possible that there is incompatibility between the 32-bit system and the 64-bit computer?
