issues with updating the A034 [SOLVED]

Hello.

I am trying to make a firmware update of my multiplexer A034, to fix a problem with missing seatalk data due to missing decimals. I’m having some huge issues.

I follow instructions. I connect the system via USB, access the config tool,, press ctrl + F7. I get two folders called stm32 and WIFI. When I try to transfer to STM 32 I get error 0x80004005 unspecified error on all files except A034_V1.10.210326_8B73 and readme file. The rest fails with the above message. If I transfer to the WIFI folder, it works fine, but the multiplexer is not updated. What can I do?

I have tried to take ownership of the directory
I can not format the folder
The folder is sometimes displayed as a DVD drive
I have tried transferring to an external drive, which is fine, but still fails from here to the STM32
I have tried several PCs
