It would be much easier to configure the AO34B filters if they were implemented as a “white” or pass list rather than a black list. The NMEA 0183 devices have a much smaller data set and it would be much simpler to list what messages are allowed rather than having to monitor the N2000 plotter and spot the not-required ones.
Something for the next version perhaps?
