GSM QK 021 not responging

J send from italy , sorry for my bad english. qk 21 hav worked properrly until a week a go, now it not respond at the upp installed on Samsung s7 edge. reading sms messages it says error 893901000198400. blue led flash xcorrectly and light one red led.
j have send you a mail with the problem and numers af apparate. whot can j do?????

Hi Antonio,
1, Did you change a new SIM or just top up credit on the old SIM?
2, After topping up the credit, what is the status of the blue LED? Did it flashing slowly(registered well with network) or flashing quickly(not registered with network)?
3, The error message looks like that your SIM card have full of SMS messages. So can you please delete all SMS(You can do this by a mobile phone) and then insert it back to the module to see any lucky.
