Planned for release on October 31st, a new addition to the Marine Electronics Family.
A multi-functional little AIS engine it’s frankly, a game changer. It sits at the heart and hub of the whole navigation system as a single-unit powerhouse.
Building on the success of the previous models our new AIS Receiver adds SeaTalk capability to the already impressive suite of input options on the QK-A026 and is powered from the SeaTalk interface to provide a cleaner signal which will improve range and sensitivity.
Another innovation is simultaneous WiFi, NMEA and USB output. Considerably improving on versatility and flexibility.
The integral WiFi can connect up to seven devices and in response to customer feedback the GPS is now optional.
All this functionality comes in our trademark compact aluminium enclosure with the usual 1 year guarantee and is available exclusively to our Distributors at the same ridiculously low price as the QK-A026 until Jan 2018.
This little box contains all you can wish for, real dual channel AIS receiver,
a really good GPS receiver, all sorts of connectivity, from old school RS232
to USB and WIFI !
So you can connect it to everything very easily.
Power is easy just connect it to a USB port and all the fun wakes up very fast.
And all this for a very good price !
I will prolly order one extra as backup :-)If you are even remotely interested in AIS and /or GPS, get one !
it doesn’t get easier or cheaper than this.
A question we get asked a lot! There are an ever increasing number of Apps out there now, some good, some….less so. We could go out and test every single one, but then we wouldn’t have time to do the R&D which drives our products forward. We love the R&D part of our job, so we’ve put together a shortlist of applications which we know work and that cover most of the OS requirements out there. As you probably know by now, we like to encourage feedback and we love that our customers like to help each other out once in a while, so if you are using an app that isn’t listed here and you think it’s good, please give it a quick write up in the comments section. Or drop me an email and point me in the right direction!
This new video gives a guided tour of the Quark-elec QK-W016 Remote Control Temperature Data Logger and runs through resetting the module and setting up in Station Mode. The new video goes through the processes step-by-step and includes a software view with a hardware view so that you can see exactly how the unit responds to setting up and use. For those that are interested, the music is Orlando Gibbon’s Fantasia and is played by Jon Sayles.
QK-R021/022 series remote controller is an easily installed device which can control electric doors, curtains/blinds, and other DC motor driven devices in smart houses, for industrial controls, and for the security of industrial areas. The doors can be operated by the supplied remote control, which also signals the DC motor driven device to turn on or off on demand.
